Bulldog Professional Updates
Quick update of former Bulldogs in the minors: Cory Harrilchak currently playing for high A Myrtle Beach Pelicans and was recently selected to play in the prestigous Arizona Fall League. CJ Beatty played solidly in the Cardinal organization at Quad Cities and was promoted to high A West Palm. Rhett Ballard is at Asheville in the Rockies organization and having good year as their closer. Corey Martin back playing for the Peroria Chiefs in the Midwest A league after a short stint at double A. Matt McSwain is back pitching at Bradenton in the Pirates organization. Chris Jacobs is with the Great Lakes Loons in the Dodgers organization.
Several players played on short season rosters Tyler Sexton with the Aberdeen Ironbirds in the Baltimore organization. Derrick Lowery in the Arizona league Reds organization. Nick Rogers a signee of the Kansas City Royals is being used in relief in the Arizona short season team.
Jeremy Jones in the Frontier League is in his second season of Independent Ball and made the allstar team this season.
